Opposite Balances - collective exhibition. Opened Sat, 30th at the Aldobrandesco Castle in Arcidosso (GR), Tuscany. ALTERAZIONI///// Friday, July 29/////PROGRAM
Ok guys, the long-awaited day is getting closer.
Here's the program for Friday, July 29.
The opening night of the event will feature a buffet dinner carefully arranged in the square outside the Aldobrandesco Castle of Arcidosso.
The food will be mixed with video projections and the theater accompanied by exciting live sets from Djs selected for the occasion.
The ancient architecture of the past and the modern languages of art will be fertile ground on which to grow and capture the beauty of contrast, the taste of the unexpected.
Welcome drink at 7.30 pm.
8pm dinner show buffet (euro 20 reservation by July, 25) in Piazza Cavallotti (happy hour, starter, main course, side dish, desert, wine and water).

Gramelot's Stories
Directed by Allegra de Mandate with Emanuele Arrigazzi.
An invented language made of sounds and harmonies. Patches of short stories and melodious cacophony at the same time. Short stories from the ancient taste yet contemporary issues. A show in fits and starts with a gallery of grotesque characters and magical, fairytale, buthuman all too human. An actor who transforms and brings back between courses and water Beer, wine and coffe, watermelon and weddings, animals and imaginary escapes. Between the appetizer and dessert there'll be a glass of wine and a second theater story.

The music by Sostanze Records.

Since last April the 30th, the artists that sent their work to take part to ALTERAZIONI VISIVE - OPPOSITE BALANCES are officially in the jury's hands composed by Maurizio Vanni (Lucca Center Of Contemporary Art), Cristiano Armati, Dario Morgante and Andrea Oppenheimer (Mondo Bizzarro Gallery), Daniela De Giorgi Petkovic (TISCO), Mauro Papa (CEDAV Grosseto), Lapo Simeoni (Art.Lab Gallery), Michele Guidarini and Filippo Raffi (ARTQ Associazione).

TISCO! is proud to be the first partner that will cowork with the newborn ARTQ Association for ALTERAZIONI FESTIVAL 2011 -Visual Section- the group exhibition of Italian and International artists that will be held at Arcidosso's Aldobrandesco Castle, in the homonymous village in the province of Grosseto (Tuscany, Italy).
ARTQ Association is the founder and organizer of ALTERAZIONI Festival of Visual and Music Arts -which is in its second edition- and will be held in Arcidosso on 29/30/31 July, 2011.

"In full: Amiata, Revolution, Earth, Quality.
It comes from these four factors to enhance our vision of the territory. On these strengths we'll focus our drive to something that survived without the addition of new incentives too long. A new association, promoted and founded by a group of young people, all sons of Amiata. The goal is to give a new face to a beautiful mountain that is not enough known except through a few typical products that support their fame. There is more to say. More to know. Our professionalism, intuitions and ideas, find their natural place in developing this new association and events that ARTQ aims to organize. Art, music, enhancement and local culture are the areas of intervention that we have identified. Openness to trends and external worlds most interesting and alive is our strength, our added value. ARTQ is an act of love towards the Amiata and the living instrument to share our mountain with the world."
